John the Skeleton's Goings-On
The skeleton model used for teaching anatomy at school is sent into retirement. Gramps reckons that every hardworking employee deserves to relax after years spent on the job, so he brings Juhan the skeleton back to his farm. Also there are Gramma, a hen and a rooster, a cat and a dog, and even the old couple’s grandchildren from time to time. Gramps takes the skeleton pretty much everywhere he goes.
The Old Broken Cat
Just like all people and animals, Kristel and her parents’ cat turns old and mangy over time. The cat is missing both ears, her hearing isn’t what it was in her younger days, and she has poor vision, too. But in spite of all this, she is a happy creature – she is cared for and looked after by her owners. One morning, the family finds their old broken cat lying on the sofa. She has fallen asleep and won’t wake up again.
